Responsibilities

- Day to day management of store, dispensary and team operations
n
- Qualified patient counselling and provide complete patient care solutions
n
- Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
n




- Supervise Intern, Student Pharmacists and dispensary Assistants
n
- Dispensary inventory management and order processing
n
- Support and grow new business strategies
n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
n
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
n
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
- Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player

- Solid business acumen and eye for perfection
n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is required. Direct experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting, including dispensing, patient counselling, stock management, or pharmacy operations is highly advantageous.

- The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
