Civil Project Team | PM, SPE, PE & SE | Western Australia

IEPro are working with an established civil contractor that is continuing to expand its presence across Western Australia and is looking to strengthen its project delivery team ahead of several major regional infrastructure projects. We are currently recruiting across multiple levels, including Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers and Site Engineers with civil construction experience who are comfortable working in a FIFO environment and want exposure to technically challenging regional projects.

The immediate pipeline includes a significant civil infrastructure project, with further opportunities developing across roads, transport infrastructure and regional civil works throughout Western Australia.

This is a genuine opportunity to join a growing WA operation at an important stage of its development.

The Opportunity

Depending on your level of experience, you will take responsibility for leading or supporting the delivery of a major civil infrastructure package involving significant earthworks, pavements, concrete and asphalt works. The first project is expected to run for approximately 12 months, with a substantial workforce comprising direct management personnel, subcontractors and specialist construction crews.

The business also has a developing pipeline of road and infrastructure opportunities across regional WA, providing the potential for continued work beyond the initial project.

This is a permanent position with a fast growing contractor.

The Role

Depending on your level of experience, you will:

- Lead or support day-to-day delivery of major civil infrastructure works
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and construction activities
- Manage earthworks, pavements, concrete and asphalt work packages
- Review drawings, specifications and construction methodologies




- Prepare and manage RFIs, ITPs, QA documentation and project reporting
- Develop short-term programmes and construction lookaheads
- Monitor project costs, quantities and productivity
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor management
- Ensure works comply with safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Lead, mentor or support project teams to achieve programme milestones

About You

To succeed, you will bring:
- Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Australian civil construction experience
- Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer or Site Engineer
- Exposure to road construction, airport construction, earthworks, pavements or major civil infrastructure
- MRWA project experience will be highly regarded
- Experience with concrete or asphalt packages advantageous
- Strong planning, QA and project coordination capability
- Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and site teams
- A practical, hands-on approach to project delivery
- Willingness to work a 2:1 FIFO roster in regional Western Australia
