About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Change Manager to lead and embed complex organisational change across our business. Working across business, technology, operations, risk and client-facing functions, you will ensure changes to systems, processes, products and ways of working are effectively implemented, adopted and sustained.

You will work closely with transformation leads, project teams and business stakeholders to coordinate change activities, minimise disruption and ensure our people and clients are ready for change.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Assess change impacts across people, processes, technology, roles, controls and client experience.
- Develop integrated change plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to drive engagement and commitment.




- Develop and coordinate communications, training and capability initiatives to support successful implementation.
- Lead business readiness, implementation, transition and post-launch activities.
- Monitor adoption, identify barriers and risks, and implement strategies to support sustainable change.
- Provide reporting and insights on change readiness, risks, impacts and adoption to senior leadership.
- Maintain an enterprise-wide view of concurrent initiatives, change capacity and potential change saturation.
- Establish consistent change management practices, tools and standards across the organisation.
- Coach leaders and project teams to build effective change capability and embed changes into business-as-usual operations.

About You

- Extensive change management experience in financial services, wealth management or another regulated industry.
- Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation across business and technology.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessment, readiness and adoption.
- Confident influencing senior leaders and working across multiple teams and competing priorities.
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid and traditional environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, judgement and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
- Prosci, APMG or equivalent change certification desirable.
- Project management or Agile qualifications advantageous.
