Role Summary The Environment / DevOps Lead is responsible for managing application environments, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps best practices. This role partners with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of applications across all environments.

Key Responsibilities

Environment Management

Own and manage development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Ensure environment availability, stability, and readiness for project and release activities.

Coordinate environment provisioning, configuration, refreshes, and maintenance.





Troubleshoot environment-related issues and drive timely resolution.

Establish environment governance and usage standards.

DevOps & Automation

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Automate build, deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring processes.

Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Improve deployment frequency, quality, and reliability through automation.
