Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a fulltime Estimator/ Assessor

Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd are on the lookout for a pro active and experienced individual to become a part of our growing team servicing the insurance repair industry. As a small family business we're all about providing high quality works and great customer service.

We are on the look out for an experienced and self motivated individual who can work as a part of a close knit team, servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions dependent on your location. Previous experience within the insurance industry is preferred as this role is based around meeting a high level of customer service and industry KPI's.

Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Meeting both external and internal KPI's

- Preparation of Insurance assessments/ expert reports

- Verbal and written communication to keep clients and staff well informed

- Creating detailed scopes and estimates

- Working with our supervisors and coordinators to achieve set budgets and KPI's

- Woking within our databases and online portals

- Up to date knowledge of current Australian and National standards

Ideally,



we are looking for a highly experienced individual with proven industry knowledge and experience. Digital literacy will be required and experience working with Prime Ecosystems software is essential, you must have a valid driver's license and white card.
