What You'll Be Doing Every day is different.

You'll be the trusted expert helping homeowners navigate the repair process following storms, floods, fires and other insurable events.

Your role will include

- Conducting site inspections and assessing property damage
- Preparing detailed repair scopes and cost estimates
- Producing accurate reports and quotations
- Collaborating with project managers, supervisors and subcontractors
- Identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes and profitability
- Managing estimates from initial inspection through to project award




- Delivering exceptional customer experiences during what can often be a stressful time for homeowners

What We're Looking For We're less interested in titles and more interested in attitude, capability and a commitment to doing great work.

You'll ideally have

- Experience estimating within the insurance building industry
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to read plans, specifications and construction documentation
- A practical trade or construction background (carpentry highly regarded)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the National Construction Code and WHS requirements
- A current driver's licence
- Experience with Prime Ecosystem (advantageous but not essential)
