Stonewood Homes Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Estimator to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely knows residential building, not just how to price a plan, but how a home comes together from sales and preliminaries right through to construction.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

? 10+ years’ residential building industry experience

? Strong estimating & quoting knowledge

? Residential pre-construction / preliminaries experience

? Experience with construction & project management software

✏️ Design & drafting knowledg e? Solid sales and communication skill s? Carpentry or trade background highly regarde d? Excellent practical construction knowledge and attention to detai l





This is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced building professional who can look at a plan or quote and recognise when something is missing, something doesn’t look right, or something may not work on site
