Across our three venues, Kedron-Wavell, The Sands Social, and The Sands Bowlo, our events spaces are alive seven days a week with celebrations, functions, and gatherings of all kinds.

We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Events Team Members to join our busy Events Department. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences and working as part of a supportive, hands-on team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As an Events Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your day may include:

- Setting up and packing down event rooms according to event plans

- Providing professional table and beverage service

- Assisting with buffets, cocktail service, and bar operations

- Working closely with the Events Team Leaders and Manager to ensure smooth event delivery

- Maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and safety

What We’re Looking For

We’re after team members who:

- Have previous experience in events, functions, hospitality or customer service

- Hold a current RSA and Food Handling qualification, or are willing to obtain them

- Are confident, reliable and take pride in delivering exceptional service

- Have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team

- Are available to work a flexible roster, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Thrive in a rapid-paced environment and can adapt to different events and service styles





- Bring a positive, hands-on, can-do attitude to every shift
