- Prepare and produce evacuation plans and diagrams using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Review existing floor plans, drawings, and site information to create accurate evacuation diagrams.
- Update and amend existing evacuation plans as required.
- Ensure plans contain the required emergency and evacuation information.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and presentation standards across all plans.
- Manage plan revisions and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Work closely with the Plans Coordinator to manage priorities and completion timeframes.
- Identify missing or unclear information and follow up internally before plans are finalised.
- Assist with improving templates and processes to increase drafting efficiency.
