Karan & Co are currently working in an exclusive search partnership for an experienced Project Manager ready to step up into an Operations Manager position – taking ownership of modular installs across Queensland, from tendering through to delivery.

What You'll Bring

- Project management experience (Tier-3 or strong Tier-2 builder) with fast-paced program delivery
n
- End-to-end accountability including tendering, estimating, and commercial ownership
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide Site Supervisors
n
- Stable career history with a track record of delivering results
n
- Education/government project experience highly regarded; modular desirable but not essential
n
