What we are looking for

- Lead a multidisciplinary HR team to deliver high-quality, contemporary HR services
n
- A collaborative, supportive and forward thinking leadership style
n
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement workforce strategies aligned to Rocky Bay's vision and values
n
- Champion an engaging Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and deliver best practice recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
n
- Provide expert advice in employee and industrial relations,
workforce planning and organisational development
n
- Build and sustain positive relationships with staff, managers, customers and external stakeholders
n
- Model and foster a values-based culture that supports growth, inclusion and high performance
