Mounties Group is seeking a capable Village Maintenance Officer to join our Watermark Freshwater site in Freshwater on a full time basis. The role involves hands-on general maintenance across the Village to keep the site safe, well-maintained and operating smoothly.

You will perform repairs, patches, painting and basic carpentry, assist with light electrical work, coordinate contractors, and log jobs in FM systems while upholding safety and regulatory standards.
