Responsibilities
n
n
- Take customer enquiries in store and over the phone.
n
- Investigate and help customers troubleshoot therapy issues.
n
- Provide set‐up, on‐going support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.
n
- Fit the customer for a mask and recommend the most appropriate mask based on training.
n
- Provide customers with advice on the safe and effective use of their medical equipment.
n
- Sell recent or additional services over the phone, follow up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion.
n
- Maintain the retail premises and displays in good condition.
n
- Handle payments, balance float, and bank.
n
- Manage trial and sales stock, re‐order stock as required.
n

Qualifications
n
n
- Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role.
n
- Caring and outstanding reception duties to customers.
n
- Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
n
- Strong customer service orientation.
n
- Strong and adaptable communication skills.
n
- Active listening and problem‐solving.
n
- Healthcare retail experience preferred but not required; training provided.
n
- Reliable, honest, strong work ethic, up for a new challenge.
