What You'll Do

n

n
- Lead day-to-day accounting and month-end close processes (U.S. & Canada)
n
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies
n
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
n
- Support audits, SEC reporting, and tax compliance activities
n
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 accounting professionals
n
- Collaborate across departments to improve systems and processes
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
n
- Bachelor's in Accounting + CPA required (MBA is a plus)
n
- Strong knowledge of GAAP; exposure to revenue, lease, and equity accounting a plus
n
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (Workday preferred)
n




- Advanced Excel + strong analytical and communication skills
n
- Leadership mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
