What You'll Be Doing
n
The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing our LPG and Industrial Gas business across Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in an autonomous role, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Proactively develop new business opportunities, including face-to-face cold calling
n
- Grow LPG and Industrial Gas sales
n
- Take full ownership of the designated Toowoomba sales territory for LPG and Industrial Gases
n
- Identify market trends and provide monthly sales forecasts
n
- Follow up leads promptly and maintain detailed daily sales reporting
n
- Liaise with internal departments to maximise customer service and delivery outcomes
n
n
What You Will Bring

- Proven experience in a similar sales or business development role
n
- Self-motivated attitude
n
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
n
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
n
- High level of self-motivation and accountability
n
- Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle

- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical check
