We are seeking a Graduate or Immigration Lawyer to join our Advisory & Compliance team in Sydney. Are you a recent law graduate, newly admitted to legal practice, or about to be admitted? Or do you have 1-2 years of immigration law experience you wish to expand?

Responsibilities

n

n
- Support migration lawyers and clients by preparing and reviewing visa applications, drafting legal documents, and managing client communications.
n
- Assist in client interviews, legal research, and the preparation of legal submissions.
n
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, photocopying, and uploading documents.
n
- Own a caseload under supervision, proactively managing workflows.
n




- Support senior team members on technical immigration matters like compliance audits and legal advisory work.
n

Qualifications and Experience

n

n
- Legal practitioner in Australia, ideally with 1-3 years of immigration experience.
n
- Robust research, advice drafting, and communication skills.
n
- Highly organized and able to manage high volumes of work in a team environment.
n
