Homebuilders IQ is looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for managing client files from the initial sign-up through to slab down, ensuring every stage of the pre-construction process is completed accurately and on time.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing all client administration from sign-up through to slab down.
n
- Liaising with clients throughout the pre-construction process.
n
- Coordinating drafting, engineering, energy assessments and other consultants.
n
- Managing finance approvals, council and developer requirements.
n
- Following up outstanding documentation and approvals.
n
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all milestones are achieved.
n




- Working closely with our sales team and external stakeholders to keep files progressing.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous administration experience within the residential building industry.
n
- A strong understanding of the pre-construction process.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
n
- The ability to manage multiple files while maintaining attention to detail.
n
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
