About the Role

As a Porter with Rydges, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating a warm and memorable welcome. We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive individual who thrives on helping others and making a lasting impression.

In this role, you will;

- Assist with Valet, Concierge and Porter duties.
n
- Offer luggage assistance to our guests with care and professionalism.
n
- Welcome our guests with a warm, genuine, and personalized approach.
n
- Be the go-to person for local area insights.
n
- Ensure guests have everything they need for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in a similar role in hotels, with a passion for people and creating amazing guest experience.
n
- A current valid driver's licence and willingness to perform Valet duties for guests.
n
- Proven ability to deliver warm,



professional, and productive guest service.
n
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organized.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
n
- Knowledge of local area and hotel services is an advantage.
n
