Associate Dentist — Rockhampton, Central Queensland

- $180,000 – $200,000 base/year ,or 40% of collection whichever is greater

Our associate dentist of more than five years is moving to be close with the family, and is leaving behind a full, established patient book.

What you will earn

- 40% of collections (with a guaranteed minimum base of $180,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience). High-performers routinely exceed this base through our high-volume established books.
- $5,000 per year continuing professional development allowance
- Relocation assistance towards your move to Rockhampton
- Visa sponsorship available, including support with the application process
- Full-time role, five clinical days per week — we are open to discussing the pattern that works for you

What you will actually do

- Full-scope general dentistry across a broad, loyal patient base
- Surgical extractions and wisdom teeth, with real weekly volume
- Complex restorative and rehabilitation cases, including same-day crowns
- Root canal therapy using rotary endodontics
- Clear aligner and cosmetic cases
- Treatment under nitrous oxide relative analgesia for anxious patients
- A monthly general anaesthetic list with our own visiting specialist anaesthetist, so the cases most dental practices refer away, we keep and treat properly

What you need (essential)

- Current general registration as a dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency




- At least two years of clinical experience as a dentist
- Either existing surgical scope, or a genuine appetite to build it with mentorship
- Confidence managing your own book and communicating treatment plans clearly to patients
- Professional indemnity insurance and a current police check
- The right to work in Australia, or eligibility for employer sponsorship

What would help (desirable, not required)

- Experience placing dental implants
- Experience treating patients under general anaesthetic or sedation
- Experience with cone beam computed tomography and digital scanning workflows
- Clear aligner certification
- An interest in full-arch and complex rehabilitation work

What we will invest in you

If you want to grow into implants, sedation or full-arch work, you will be mentored into it by clinicians who do that work every week — not sent on a weekend course and left to it.
