What you will be doing:

- Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans to support clients' recovery and return to work including ADL's
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, to identify clients' needs and barriers to recovery.




- Work closely with employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to facilitate a coordinated approach to client care.
- Set realistic, achievable goals for clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring explicit communication and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate the rehabilitation process with confidence.
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate work environments and recommend modifications to facilitate clients' return to work.

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
