We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to lead operations, inspire teams and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in one of Sydney's most prestigious nightlife destinations.

- Extensive experience in high-end bar or premium nightlife environments

- Strong operational leadership with the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced setting

- Passion for exceptional guest service and creating memorable, personalised experiences

- Deep understanding of beverage trends with a flair for creative cocktail culture

- Demonstrated ability to train, coach and develop teams through structured onboarding and 1:1s

- Commercially minded with strong financial and business acumen

- Energetic, hands-on and confident leading from the floor

The Role:

n

CirQ is Sydney's premier rooftop bar experience, offering a sophisticated and vibrant atmosphere where service, creativity and precision come together. As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency in service, profitability and team engagement while delivering seamless, high-end guest experiences across every shift.

You'll be:

n

n
- Leading daily venue operations across late-night trade, with flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
n
- Driving exceptional guest experiences and upholding luxury service standards
n
- Leading, coaching and developing bar, floor and host teams to deliver high performance
n
- Overseeing event execution and collaborating with culinary, marketing and events teams
n
- Managing financial performance including revenue growth, labour and cost control




n
- Ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and consistent service excellence
n
- Leading from the floor and supporting service delivery as required
n

You'll bring:

- Extensive experience in high-end bar or premium nightlife environments
n
- Experience running bar operations, service standards and guest experience
n
- Passion and knowledge of beverage trends and creative mixology
n
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
n
- Strong commercial acumen, including financial management and business performance optimisation
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
n
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with attention to detail

- High energy and commitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences
