You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage documentation, and facilitate effective communication.

About the Role

You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage documentation, and facilitate effective communication.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking IT projects.
n
- Support project managers in defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
n
- Monitor timelines and budgets; prepare regular status reports.
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
n
- Manage documentation including schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
n
- Track budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
n
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
n
- Identify and escalate issues to minimise risks.
n
- Support user training, testing, and change management.
n




- Ensure compliance with IT governance and data protection policies.
n

Key Relationshipsnn
- Business and ICT delivery teams
n
- Project sponsors and governance groups
n
- External stakeholders (e.g., state partners)
n
- Change, communications, and BAU transition leads
n

Essential Criterian
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT project support or coordination.
n
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
n
- Solid organisational and communication abilities.
n
- Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Desirable Criterian
- Project management qualifications.
n
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
n
- Familiarity with change management and training best practices.
