Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Business Development Manager to guide prospective clients from initial discovery calls through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to our strategy team. This role is pivotal in articulating the value of our marketing solutions and establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and objectives.
n
- Present tailored marketing strategies, highlighting benefits in lead generation, branding, and overall growth.

- Manage the client journey from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to strategists.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
n
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
n
- Travel to client sites as required (must have access to a car).
n

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, lead funnels, branding, and basic strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Access to a reliable vehicle for occasional client visits.

Work Schedule:

- Required to be in the office 2 days per week; 1 day can be remote.
n
- After probation: Role will transition to full time.
n
