Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead business analysis for card issuing and acquiring projects, ensuring compliance with AS2805 and other relevant payment standards.
n
- Drive end-to-end business requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple squads.
n
- Manage card scheme compliance activities for Visa, Mastercard, eftpos Australia, and other networks.
n
- Represent the organization in industry forums and regulatory discussions.
n
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to support digital wallet tokenization and mobile payment solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay,



Samsung Pay).
n
- Own and refine onboarding and assisted channel experiences for merchants.
n
- Support architectural decisions aligned with enterprise tech strategy.
n
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical specifications.
n
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, driving capability uplift and resource optimization.
n
- Coordinate Agile delivery using Protected methodology, ensuring timely feature releases.
n
- Provide SME support for external integrations (e.g., Visa VROL, Mastercard MasterCom, Fiserv systems).
