About the Role

As our Leasing Specialist,



you'll take ownership of the leasing journey from enquiry through to tenant move-in.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing high volumes of leasing enquiries.

Conducting open homes and private inspections.

Building strong relationships with prospective tenants.

Following up enquiries and converting them into quality applications.

Processing tenancy applications and conducting reference checks.

Presenting suitable applicants to Property Managers.

Coordinating lease sign-ups and move-in processes.

Working proactively to minimise vacancy periods.

Creating property marketing and online listings.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Delivering a leasing experience that exceeds expectations.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, holds themselves to high standards and performs exceptionally well when nobody is watching.

Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Experience with ReapitLettings (Inspect RealEstate) and ReapitPM (Console Cloud) preferred.
