As a Poolwerx Service Technician, you aren't just cleaning filters; you are a field investigator. You'll diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and chemical puzzles, engineer on-the-spot solutions, and restore complex systems to peak performance. Swimming pools are mini aquatic ecosystems. When a filtration system shuts down, an automated salt-chlorinator fails, or water chemistry goes out of balance, you'll see a system waiting to be solved.
Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic leaks, electrical faults, pressure drops, and pump failures
Analyze complex water samples and calculate exact chemical dosing to re-balance biological systems
Install, repair, and upgrade automated controllers, heat pumps, robotic cleaners, and filtration units
Explain why a system failed and clearly present the most effective fix to clients
