Responsibilities

- Represent both buyers and sellers in commercial property transactions across a wide range of asset classes.
n
- Advise on off‐the‐plan development work.
n
- Act on commercial office, industrial and retail leasing.
n
- Work with clients such as retail and property developers, commercial building owners, family‐owned businesses and government departments.
n
- The team undertakes a diverse range of interesting commercial property work, which ensures there is constant variety in the work to keep you challenged and engaged.

About you
n
n
- Proactive, detail‐oriented legal practitioner with the skills and ability to run files through to completion, under the guidance from our partners.
n
- Have previous experience in commercial property.
n
- Have ideally 3 to 5 years post‐admission legal experience.
n
- Highly organised with excellent file management skills.
n
- Enjoy solving problems in a commercial context.
n
- Have a genuine interest in the property and real‐estate sector.
n
- Build and nurture client relationships with ease and professionalism.
n
- Driven to deliver top‐tier service and outcomes for your clients.
