Job Description:
Topform a leading provider in the Benchtop making industry, are seeking a motivated / skilled Cabinet maker / Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.
This is a hands-on production role suited to candidates with experience in cabinet making, CNC/machine operation, or both.
You will be responsible for manufacturing and finishing high-quality cabinetry and benchtop components, operating production machinery and ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and to Company quality standards.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Examine drawings, work orders and sample parts to determine specifications.
Read and interpret plans, drawings, work documents and job specifications.
Select and work with materials including timber, veneers, particle board, synthetic wood and other engineered wood products.
Select and apply appropriate hardware.
Prepare cabinetry and components for installation.
Check and measure the fit of cabinets and components.
Set up, operate and maintain CNC machining and processing centres.
Set up, operate and maintain basic static machines.
Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with instructions and Company procedures.
Monitor machinery during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
Test machine operation and monitor the quality of finished products.
Inspect and maintain machinery, parts, tools and equipment.
Communicate any issues relating to machine operation, equipment or production output.
Operate tools and equipment to support the manufacturing process.
Perform machine setup, production and clean-up tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certificate III Cabinet Making and one year work experience or 3 Years experience in Cabinet Making. (not a requirement)
Forklift license is not a requirement, but a Bonus!
Must have previous Machine Operator experience
WHAT WE CAN OFFER:
Immediate start, FULL TIME role (Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm & Friday 7:30am -2pm)
