This Opportunity

We're looking for a agile, creative Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team and own Valiant's voice across the digital landscape. This isn't a post-and-pray role you'll be a genuine brand builder and the face of Valiant across our social media channels, shaping how tens of thousands of SMB owners and finance professionals perceive and engage with us online.

You're a natural on camera and equally comfortable crafting a punchy LinkedIn post as you are diving into analytics to figure out what's actually working. You have strong creative instincts, a sharp strategic mind, and you know how to turn a fintech brand into something people actually want to follow. You're confident, personable and not afraid to put yourself out there because you'll be the human behind the brand.

What You'll Do

n

- Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with Valiant's marketing goals and brand voice
n
- Serve as the on-camera face of Valiant across social platforms presenting, hosting and bringing our brand personality to life through video content, reels, stories and live activations
n
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
n
- Concept and produce social media advertising creatives that drive awareness,



leads, and engagement
n
- Monitor channels for trends and audience activity, responding to comments and messages to foster genuine community
n
- Analyse performance metrics and derive actionable insights to continuously optimise content and paid strategies
n
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
n
- Stay across industry trends and platform changes to keep Valiant's content ahead of the curve

What You'll Bring

n

n
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
n
- Proven experience in social media content management and strategy, with a portfolio of campaigns you're proud of
n
- Confidence and charisma on camera — you're comfortable being the face of a brand and engaging an audience authentically
n
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the nuances of their audiences
n
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills — you can make finance interesting
n
- The ability to analyse data and translate it into clear, actionable decisions
n
- A creative mindset with a genuine passion for storytelling and digital marketing
n
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
