Thanks to ongoing, stable growth, we're on the lookout for experienced Foremen to join our Brisbane team. If you're a self‐motivated, hands‐on Foreman seeking a long‐term career with a successful builder that has a strong pipeline of projects, we'd love to hear from you.

- Confident leader who takes ownership and thrives in a team environment.

- Proven ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, aligning on safety, quality, and productivity.

- Proactive planner – manage look‐aheads and keep projects on track.
n
- Enjoy a quick‐paced environment with diverse challenges that help you grow.
n
- Hands‐on, present on‐site, and work closely with your team to achieve shared goals.
n
- Excellent communicator – build trust and rapport with everyone on‐site.
n
- Solid IT proficiency, including the use of construction and compliance software tools.
n
- Proven experience as a Foreman on projects of similar scale and complexity to McNab (across both structure and finishes).
n
- Carpentry trade background.
n

It will be your priority to achieve overall safe management, performance and successful delivery of projects on time and on budget, progressing your career while doing it!
