ERIAS is seeking a stand-alone People & Culture Manager to build and lead the P&C; function from the ground up in Hawthorn, Melbourne. You will shape culture, policies, employee relations, safety, workforce planning, remuneration and talent attraction as the business scales.
You'll be supported by mentoring from an external P&C; Executive and a library of IP and methodologies to drive growth across renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Australia and the Pacific.
