Join our client as an experienced plumber where you will manage a variety of plumbing projects across residential and commercial sites. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery as you handle emergency plumbing, gas repairs, and installations. Directly report to the Director and contribute to maintaining our reputation for top-notch customer service. You will need to think independently on-site, communicate effectively with clients, and charge appropriately for labour and materials. What else is great about this role:nn

Duties:nn
- Manage plumbing projects independently
n
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs
n
- Prepare accurate quotes for work to be completed
n
- Conduct repairs for blocked drains and leaks
n
- Install and maintain gas, solar, and electric hot water systems
n
- Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations
n
- Provide high-quality customer service consistently
n
- Complete necessary paperwork for jobs and billing
n

Skills and Experiences:nn
- Current QBCC plumbing license required




n
- Manual driver's license needed
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently on projects
n
- Attention to detail with a positive attitude
n
- Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing
n
- Police clearance certificate needed
n
- Cert in plumbing or civil an advantage
