Member Experience Delivery Lead

Join a pivotal role within the Digital team, leading the end-to-end delivery of member experience initiatives across a cross-functional squad. Working closely with Product Owners, technology teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure priorities are translated into well-governed, coordinated and measurable outcomes that enhance member experience, improve operational performance and deliver business value.

About the role

- Lead end-to-end planning, sequencing and delivery coordination for the Member Experience squad, ensuring initiatives progress from prioritisation through to release and operational readiness.
- Partner with Product Owners to manage backlog prioritisation, refinement, sequencing and delivery readiness.
- Coordinate with Technology Delivery teams to ensure initiatives are planned, built, tested, released and transitioned effectively.
- Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, showcases, retrospectives and release planning.
- Identify, manage and resolve delivery risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and trade-offs, escalating material matters where required.
- Ensure all delivery activities align with agreed Agile, change, release, risk, security and governance frameworks.
- Provide clear, decision-focused reporting on delivery progress, sprint commitments, capacity, release readiness and key risks.
- Coordinate input from business, technology, UX, testing, architecture, risk, compliance, operations and vendor stakeholders.
- Support teams to ensure requirements,



acceptance criteria, testing scope and release impacts are clearly defined before delivery commences.
- Drive continuous improvement across squad delivery practices, backlog management, delivery predictability and release quality.
- Maintain visibility of roadmap progress, sprint delivery, capacity planning and release confidence.
- Support defect triage, release readiness activities and post-release reviews.

What we're looking for

- Significant experience leading complex Agile delivery within a digital, customer, member experience or continuous delivery environment.
- Proven ability to manage delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams from prioritisation through to release and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, release planning and delivery readiness.
- Experience coordinating work across product, business, technology, UX, testing, risk, compliance and vendor stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability managing complex delivery risks, dependencies, issues, blockers and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate decisions and maintain alignment across diverse groups.
- Experience producing delivery reporting, sprint tracking, roadmap updates and release readiness reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, communication and facilitation skills,



with a focus on driving accountability and delivery outcomes.
- Experience using delivery management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Relevant qualifications in business, technology, digital delivery or a related discipline.

Highly regarded

- Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Product Management or Project Delivery certifications.
- Experience delivering digital customer or member experience initiatives within financial services or another regulated setting.
- Experience working with external technology partners, vendors and implementation providers.
