n We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team in Parramatta. This is a critical role that will see you working closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, translating business needs into insights, delivering effective solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects.

n Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
n
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive reports.
n
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
n
- Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying poor-performing/at-risk sites.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all business units, as well as external vendors.
n
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
n
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business cases, pricing strategies, and long-term forecasting, including ROI analysis and scenario planning for new initiatives.
n
- Creating analysis and commercial/financial models, improving efficiency of processes.
n
- Contribute to the development and improvement of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
n

Desired Skills And Experience Essential Skills & Experience:nn
- Significant experience as a Financial or Commercial Analyst.
n
- Demonstrated experience in documenting, and managing business requirements.
n
- Proficiency in business process modelling tools.
n




- Previous experience in developing complex financial models in support of complex business cases.
n
- Understand and educate operators on revenue and cost drivers and their commercial impact on the business.
n
- Business/commercial acumen: A strong understanding of what drives business value and profitability, with a comprehensive understanding of CAPEX from our operations.
n
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, utilising your strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Problem-solving: a proactive and resourceful approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
n
