SOLVi Recruitment is seeking expressions of interest from qualified Aged Care Assistants who want to be considered for future employer-sponsored opportunities under the Aged Care Labour Agreement.

n

We work with approved aged care providers across Australia who are authorised to offer employer sponsorship to skilled international candidates—when the right match arises.

To Be Eligible, You Must:

n

Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or recognised relevant qualification such as a bachelor/diploma in nursing)

n

Have completed the Direct Care Skills Assessment through ANMAC

n

Meet the English language requirements

n

Be under 45 years of age at the time of visa application and remain under 45 after two years, to be eligible for a permanent residency visa later

n

Be committed to living and working in Australia long-term in a full-time role

n





Sponsorships under the Aged Care Labour Agreement begin with a 2-year temporary visa.

n

To progress to permanent residency, candidates must:

n

Hold the temporary visa for 2 years

n

Still be under 45 years of age at the time they apply for the permanent visa

n
