The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to work closely with the CEO across The Fordham Company and his broader portfolio of business interests.
This is a true right-hand role. You will act as an extension of the CEO, providing high-level executive support while also helping to drive the day-to-day coordination and execution of his various business priorities.
The role requires someone highly organised, commercially minded and proactive who can operate with discretion, sound judgement and a genuine sense of ownership.
You will have visibility across a diverse range of projects and will be trusted to manage information, communication and priorities at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's complex and constantly evolving diary, ensuring priorities are appropriately scheduled and protected.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, events and personal commitments.
- Prepare the CEO for meetings by ensuring he has the relevant background, documents, contacts and briefing notes.
- Manage follow-ups and action items arising from meetings and conversations.
- Monitor and prioritise the CEO's inbox and assist with drafting correspondence and responses.
- Maintain daily communication with the CEO regarding priorities, outstanding matters and upcoming commitments.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively identify issues before they arise.
- Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Business & Venture Support
- Provide executive support across the CEO's broader business ventures, investments and projects outside of TFC.
- Coordinate meetings, introductions, calls and follow-ups across multiple businesses and stakeholders.
- Assist with project administration and ensure agreed actions continue to move forward.
- Maintain an overview of key projects, deadlines, deliverables and outstanding matters.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, notes and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with CEOs, founders, investors, executives, production companies, agencies, media organisations and other senior stakeholders.
- Assist the CEO in moving ideas and opportunities from conversation through to execution.
The Fordham Company
- Support the CEO across TFC's talent management operations and broader business activities.
- Assist with talent-related meetings, events, partnerships, brand opportunities and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with the General Manager, Talent Executives, CFO, Accounts & Payroll and wider team.
- Assist with internal meetings, including weekly WIPs and strategic meetings.
- Ensure the CEO is kept across key developments, decisions and outstanding matters across the business.
Office & Operational Support
- Oversee day-to-day office requirements and ensure the office operates smoothly.
- Coordinate suppliers, couriers, printing, office supplies, flowers, client gifting and general administration.
- Assist with client and stakeholder hospitality and events.
- Maintain key contact lists,
documents and internal systems.
- Support the onboarding and coordination of interns and other administrative resources as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, commercially aware and naturally proactive.
You will ideally have
- Previous experience as in an administration, business operations or similar senior support role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
- Strong judgement and the confidence to make decisions independently.
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in business.
- The ability to quickly understand new businesses, projects and opportunities.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
