About This Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide trusted executive support that enables the Principal to lead the School effectively and strategically. As the first point of contact for the Principal's Office, the role is central to ensuring the efficient coordination of priorities, communications, and daily operations while maintaining a highly professional and welcoming environment.
The role focuses on
- Providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Principal;
- Building positive and productive relationships with students, families, staff, School Council members, and external stakeholders, serving as a key representative of the Principal's Office;
- Preparing high-quality documents, correspondence, and presentations, both independently and in collaboration with the Principal;
- Managing all incoming communications to the Principal’s Office, responding with professionalism and discretion, keeping a balance between adherence to protocols and being sympathetic to the needs of a variety of stakeholders;
- Maintaining effective records management systems and ensuring the integrity, security and confidentiality of sensitive information and organisational records;
- Actively promote child wellbeing and safety in line with Queensland Child Safe Standards, legislative requirements, and School policies.

Skills and Experiences
About You To be successful in this opportunity, you will require:
- Highly developed skilled written and verbal communication skills across a range of constituencies, including advanced proofreading and editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-focused approach.
- Well-developed time and project management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise work and deliver to deadlines.
- Advanced skills in the use of TASS, Office 365 and other platforms and a disposition for skills advancement in such technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, judgment, and maintain high confidentiality and integrity.
- Commitment to the Anglican ethos of the School.
- Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate professional boundaries and standards when working with children and young people.
Experience & Skills:
- Whilst formal qualifications are desirable, demonstrated experience in a similar executive support role within a school or professional workplace will be highly regarded.
