About the Role
As a Barista at O3, you will be responsible for delivering consistently great coffee while helping create an experience where customers feel seen, comfortable, and motivated to stay.
This role is not just about making drinks quickly. We are looking for people who naturally enjoy connecting with others, remembering regulars, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the energy and culture of O3.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare great coffee and drinks consistently
- Deliver warm, genuine customer service
- Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the café
- Follow O3 recipes, systems, and service standards
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
- Support the team in day to day café operations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years barista experience
- Positive attitude and strong people skills
- Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and taking care of customers
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Alignment with O3’s mission and customer experience values
- Someone who wants to help create a magical and memorable experience for the community at O3
