About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Qld Manual Drivers Licence and a sound driving record
- A Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification (unless currently completing an apprenticeship)
- Broad dealership knowledge and automotive experience (preferably Mazda)
- At least 3.5 years' experience in the trade (unless an Apprentice)
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Excellent problem solving and exceptional communication skills
- Have a strong ability to work within a large dynamic team
- Have good personal presentation
- Be reliable and have a positive attitude
- Be driven, show initiative and determination

Key Responsibilities Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Performing service,



repair and maintenance work on a range of new and used vehicles.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and rectifying mechanical and electronic faults.
- Carrying out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Conducting road tests and final quality checks prior to vehicle delivery.
- Recommending additional repairs and maintenance where required.
- Providing guidance and support to apprentice technicians.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop setting.
