Red Rock Venues is a hospitality group with a range of well-established venues across Australia. In Melbourne, we operate ten unique venues including Cookie, P.J. O’Brien’s, BearBrass, Ludlow Dining Room, Hophaus eouropean bar & dining, Temperance Hotel, and The Precinct in Richmond.

We’re Hiring:

Red Rock Venues is looking for experienced kitchen staff, qualified chefs, and skilled cooks to join our Melbourne venues. We’re seeking professionals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, take pride in producing high-quality food, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

We’re currently recruiting for:

- Qualified Chefs – capable of managing sections and consistently delivering exceptional dishes
- Chef de Parties (CDPs) – experienced in high-volume kitchens and skilled in their designated section
- Commis & Line Cooks – reliable, motivated, and eager to grow their culinary skills





Roles are available on a casual, part-time, or ongoing full-time basis, depending on the venue and your experience.
