Ideal applicants will be expected to have:

- Solid experience and strong passion for VCE or high school teaching.
- Solid students’ engagement skills.
- Open-minded and willing to adapted into new organization.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong adaptability to work in a highly engaging and innovative manner.
- Hold a current certification VIT registration or Working with Children Check
- Skilled online teaching experience, which is not a must but it will be preferable;
