This role is within our Airport Facilities division who are responsible for the maintenance of all BAC assets and infrastructure across the 2700-hectare precinct.

About the role The Services Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management of facilities within Brisbane Airport’s building assets portfolio ensuring all work meets technical, contractual, compliance and safety standards. The role plays a key part in delivering a premium experience to passengers, customers and the broader airport community by enabling high quality, reliable facilities management across the precinct.

The role delivers immediate and appropriate responses to issues affecting soft services (cleaning, maintenance, FFE, waste management, luggage trolleys) applying a practical, solutions focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across diverse operational environments.

About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.

Ideally, you will be experienced in the Facilities Management sector,



with complex assets delivering hard and/or soft services i.e. Transport Hubs, Hospitals, Commercial Property Precincts.
