Role: Facilities Manager

Location: Sydney CBD

Package: $120k-$125k inclusive of super The Role:

Manage the day-to-day facilities operations of a commercial property portfolio across Sydney CBD.

Your duties and responsibilities as a Facilities Manager:

- Manage a commercial property portfolio across Sydney CBD with one fortnightly visit to a commercial asset in Parramatta.

- Maintain contractor compliance records, including insurances and certifications.

- Conduct inspections to ensure building standards are maintained.

- Recommend safety or capital works improvements to the Principal.

- Identify and address operational issues promptly.

- Review building presentation and cleaning standards, and rectify deficiencies.

- Arrange repairs and maintenance within budget approval limits, seeking Principal approval for expenditure beyond those limits or for major works.

- Respond to tenant fault reports and service requests, escalating significant matters as needed.

- Oversee contractors to maintain safe, clean and compliant common areas,



plant rooms and building systems

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with client/tenants

- Valuable technical knowledge

- Sound understanding of HVAC and AFSS
