Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a Porter who understands that the first minutes of a guest’s stay set the tone. You’ll welcome guests at the entrance, assist with luggage and help create a smooth transition between street, lobby and the rest of the hotel.
You’ll offer local knowledge, provide directions, store luggage, arrange transport and work with Front Office to ensure guests feel looked after from arrival.
