Overview

We are currently seeking multiple experienced Infrastructure professionals to support a large-scale, enterprise workplace across operations and engineering. These opportunities span Infrastructure Platform, IAM, and Network domains, and while aligned under a common program, each role focuses on a distinct technical specialisation. This is a hands-on, operationally focused engagement within a complex environment, ideal for professionals who can own issues end-to-end, contribute to engineering outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Roles on Offer

n

Infrastructure Platform Engineers (2 roles)

n

Focused on cloud and core infrastructure platforms, including compute, storage, and virtualisation.

n

Key Technologies:

n

n
- Azure Cloud & Azure Virtual Desktop
n
- AWS Cloud
n
- VMware
n
- NetApp & CommVault
n
- Global Secure Access
n
- Cisco HyperFlex / High-Performance Computing
n

n

Infrastructure IAM Specialists (2 roles)

n

Focused on identity, access management, and enterprise security models.

n

Key Technologies:

n

n
- Azure Entra ID & Microsoft Active Directory
n
- Enterprise Access Models
n
- Group Policy (GPO)
n
- Intune
n
- PKI & RBAC
n

n

Infrastructure Network Engineers (2 roles)

n

Focused on enterprise networking, connectivity, and security across complex environments.

n

Key Technologies:

n

n
- WAN / LAN / Network Security / DMZ
n
- SD-WAN, SR-MPLS, DWDM, VRF
n
- IPSEC, Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
n
- Illumio, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Cisco AnyConnect
n
- CCNP required, CCIE highly regarded
n

Core Responsibilities For All Roles

n

n
- Provide end-to-end operational support from triage through to documentation
n
- Perform day-to-day operations, including monitoring, maintenance,



incident and problem management
n
- Support major incidents and contribute to resolution under pressure
n
- Develop and execute change plans with strong rollback strategies
n
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
n
- Drive continuous improvement and automation across operational processes
n
- Stabilise newly transitioned environments post project handover
n
- Collaborate across technical teams and stakeholders in a large enterprise setting
n
- Mentor and support junior team members where required
n

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Strong hands-on technical experience in one of the above domains
n
- Proven experience in large enterprise operational environments
n
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes
n
- Experience with ServiceNow
n
- Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and communicate clearly
n
- Strong documentation and process development capability
n
- Willingness to participate in on-call / after-hours support
n

n

Additional Details

n

n
- Term: 6 months with strong potential to extend
n
- Travel: Required to sites interstate or international travel
n
- Industry Experience: Energy / Resources experience is advantageous but not essential
n
