The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Marketing Manager to join this growing lender on an initial 6 month contract. This is a rare chance to step into a broad, strategic marketing remit where no two days look the same, spanning partnerships, brand, and hands-on execution across a lean and agile team.

Key Accountabilities
n

- Lead and shape marketing strategy across a diverse mix of direct, broker, and partnership channels
n
- Manage and strengthen key partnership relationships, working closely with partner brands to support shared growth objectives
n
- Take a hands-on approach to campaign delivery, including contributing to copywriting alongside the existing content resource
n
- Drive complex, high-impact projects autonomously, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution
n
- Assess the cross-business implications of marketing decisions, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation
n
- Oversee the full breadth of the marketing function, from brand and content through to broader commercial initiatives
n
- Build solid internal relationships to ensure marketing initiatives align with wider business priorities
n

Ideal Experience
n
n
- Background in financial services, with a strong exposure to home loans or lending at some stage in your career
n
- A true marketing generalist, comfortable operating across the full spectrum of the function rather than a specialist digital focus
n
- Proven ability to manage partnership relationships and understand their broader business impact też—??

- Confident working autonomously on large, complex projects in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write and refine copy when needed
