WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
n
As a vCIO, you will work client-side, acting as a trusted advisor and overseeing their IT strategy, roadmaps, and project delivery. You'll bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives, ensuring that IT investments align with their future growth.

- IT Roadmaps & Strategy – Develop and maintain technology roadmaps to support business goals.
n
- Project Oversight – Manage IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
n
- Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with client executives, translating technical needs into business outcomes.
n
- Vendor & Budget Management – Oversee IT budgets,
licensing, and vendor relationships to optimise costs and service levels.
n
- Risk & Compliance – Ensure IT security, governance, and compliance align with industry best practices.
n
- Technical Leadership – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the right solutions are implemented.
n

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...
n
n
- Experience in a vCIO, IT Manager, or similar client-facing role within an MSP workplace.
n
- Strong background in IT strategy, roadmaps, and project management.
n
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
n
- Ability to engage at the executive level, advising on IT investment and business alignment.
n
- Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and IT governance.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate tech into business language.
n
