Our registered training organisation, EnerSafe, delivers high-impact, nationally recognised training and assessment services tailored to the needs of Australia's essential infrastructure sectors. We differentiate through our deep industry expertise, flexible delivery across urban and remote locations, and a solid focus on safety, compliance, and job-readiness. EnerSafe are expanding our offerings Australia-wide, to deliver and assess nationally recognised training across high-risk, electrical, first aid and utility sectors.

This role is suited to experienced trainers who are looking to work on a flexible basis (contract or casual). You will:

n

- Prepare and deliver engaging, compliant training in line with the relevant training package (listed below)
n
- Ensure appropriate equipment and resources are used for all practical assessments
n
- Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and reports
n
- Comply with RTO policies, ASQA standards and industry licensing requirements
n
- Support RPL processes and gap assessments where applicable
n
- Liaise professionally with clients and participants during delivery
n

About you

n

Essential requirements include:

n
- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with upgrades)
n
- Vocational competencies and industry experience in the below units
n
- Certifications and / or licences where necessary
n
- Electrical industry experience and/or relevant licensing where appropriate
n
- Ability to travel and deliver intrastate and interstate across our various sites
n
- Valid driver's licence and access to transport
n
- Have your own laptop and/or iPad/tablet
n

As well as experience in one or more of the following:

n
- ESI or utility sector experience




n
- High-risk work licence
n
- Experience delivering training for clients
n
- First Aid Units (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011)
n
- Work Health and Safety & Traffic Control Units (MSMWHS217, RIIWHS204E, RIIWHS205E, RIIWHS302E)
n
- Electrical Supply Industry (ESI) – Distribution Overhead (UETDRDO003, UETDRDO004)
n
- Electrical Safety Awareness (UETDREL006)
n
- Access Authorities and Safety Rules (UETDRMP001, UETDRMP002)
n
- Rescue Units - ESI Focused (UETDRMP003, UETDRMP004, UETDRMP005, UETDRMP006, UETDRMP007, UETDRMP008, UETDRMP010)
n
- Live Low Voltage Work (UETDRMP011, UETDRMP012, UETDRMP013)
n
- Work Health and Safety – Electrical (UEECD0007)
n
- Certificate II in ESI Asset Inspection and Testing (UETDRAI001, UETDRAI002, UETDRAI004, UETDRAI005, UETDREL002)
