An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate M&A; practice of a market-leading international law firm in Melbourne.

This highly regarded team advises leading listed companies, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and multinational businesses on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions. With particular strength in the energy, infrastructure and resources sectors, you'll work on high-value mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures and other complex corporate matters alongside recognised leaders in the market.

Requirements

n
- 2–4 years' PQE gained at a leading Australian, UK, U.S. or international law firm.
n
- Strong Corporate M&A; experience, including public and/or private transactions.
n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
n
- Outstanding academic credentials.
n
- A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships.
