Matrix Education is hiring temporary Sales Representatives to join us at our Sydney CBD head office.
n
As a Sales Representative, you will be conducting outbound calls and responding to inbound leads, with a goal to convert, deliver customer success and retain.
n
This role is open to both up and coming sales professionals looking to continue developing their sales and commercial skills, and more experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets seeking a rewarding role in the education industry.
n
Full training and support is provided. Working hours are flexible and rostered on a weekly schedule.
n
What you'll do...
n
n
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective students and parents and effectively communicate educational solutions.
n
- Keep accurate and detailed records of sales interactions in the CRM system.
n
- Making outbound sales and engagement calls.
n
- End to end enrolment management, from trials, enrolment to retention.
n
n
What you'll need...
n
n
- Minimum six months experience in a customer facing role.
n
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a confident, polite and professional approach.
n
- Ease in being proactive and asking for a sale, and well as negotiating and solving problems with prospective customers when you hear 'no'.
n
- Keen attention to detail when documenting and entering information.
n
- Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods.
n
- Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven.
n
